Proplet Technologies Ltd ("Proplet", "we") runs proplet.tech. We’re registered in England and Wales, company number 17511088, with our registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. You can contact us at [email protected].
What we collect on this website
- Register check: your answers stay in your browser. If you ask us to email your results, we keep your email address and your answers so we can send them and one reminder before your region opens.
- Founding landlords list: your name, email address, how many properties you let and your region. If you answer the optional questions, we also keep the email and accounting apps you use and how you manage your properties now.
- Visits: anonymous page statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or track you across sites.
We don’t ask for, and don’t want, any information about your tenants on this website.
Why we use it
- To send the results and the one reminder you asked for.
- To contact you about your founding place, if you joined the list.
- To tell you about Proplet’s founding places, only if you ticked the box asking us to.
Our lawful basis is your consent for the emails you asked for, and our legitimate interest in replying to you and running the list fairly. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying to any of our emails.
Where it’s kept, and who else sees it
Sign-ups are stored in our Google Workspace account and our emails are sent through it. Google acts as our data processor. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else for their own use.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after we last heard from you, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or tell us to stop emailing you. Reply to any of our emails or write to [email protected]. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
The Proplet product
When Proplet opens to founding landlords, it will ask to connect to your email and accounting app. Before you connect anything, we’ll give you a separate, detailed notice explaining exactly what it reads, what it stores and how to disconnect it.
